Our estimated shipping time frame is 3 to 14 days from the date of purchase. We do our best to ship all our orders the same week they are placed. We are a single-person operation, and we want to ensure that orders are shipped out within a maximum of 14 days from the date of purchase.

15 Days to Re-Ship /Refund Policy
There is a 15-day re-ship or refund policy for damaged products. If the jar is broken after shipping, a few things need to be done to get a refund or send a new item.
1) Take pictures of the box to show damage from shipping
2) Take pictures of the damaged item(s) with the date stamp on the photos.
